A Will sets out what you want to happen to your asssets when you die.

Without a Will, your estate may go in ways which  you might not wish.  Even if the estate does go as you want, there will always be additional time taken  and more expense involved where there is no Will, because of the extra procedures required. This can be very stressful at what is already a difficult time for those you leave behind.

These additional costs will usually heavily outweigh the cost of having a Will prepared .

In addition, the process of preparing a Will often highlights ways in which your affairs may be dealt with in a more efficient manner, either practically, or with a view to reduction of tax which may be due.
